Ss110 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the ss110 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ss110 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ss110 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ss110 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The ss110 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Malaysian law. ss110 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of belonging to an underage individual.

Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ss110 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
Ss110 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through the established document verification process. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or closure of the account.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ss110 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must immediately notify the ss110 support team and change your password. ss110 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the ss110 platform, you agree not to use it for any purpose that is unlawful, threatening, disruptive, or damaging to the platform's operations. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to hack or breach the system, manipulating game outcomes, or using automated software to gain an unfair advantage.
Users are prohibited from sharing, transferring, or selling their ss110 account to any other party. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to access another person's account, or to allow others to access yours, is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate action being taken against the account in question.
Ss110 reserves the right to monitor account activity to ensure compliance with these terms. If any suspicious behaviour is detected, the platform may freeze the account for the duration of the investigation. ss110's final decision on all matters relating to compliance with these terms is conclusive.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All transactions on the ss110 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made through local payment methods available on the platform, including online banking and supported e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as displayed in your account section.
Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform once all verification requirements have been met. ss110 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits, in order to comply with applicable financial compliance requirements.
Any bonuses or promotions credited to your account are subject to separate terms of use. These terms will be clearly displayed at the time the bonus is offered. ss110 is not responsible for any misunderstanding regarding bonus terms arising from the user's failure to read them.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Ss110 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including data loss, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond the platform's control. In all circumstances, ss110's total liability is limited to the amount you have deposited within the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, brand names, interface designs, and software code on the ss110 platform are the exclusive property of ss110 or parties that have licensed them to ss110. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from ss110.
Third-Party Links
The ss110 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. ss110 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users access such third-party services at their own risk and should review the relevant third-party terms and conditions separately.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ss110 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or use of the platform in a manner that does not comply with applicable laws in Malaysia. The decision to suspend or close an account is at the sole discretion of ss110.
In cases of suspension arising from an investigation, any valid account balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded and no violation is found. If fraud or a breach of terms is confirmed, ss110 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance and reject any pending withdrawal requests.
Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the ss110 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within the designated timeframe, and any eligible account balance will be refunded via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Ss110 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. ss110 will endeavour to notify active users of significant changes through available channels; however, it remains the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts. The official language used for the interpretation of these terms is Bahasa Melayu.
